Your details will be treated confidentially at all times and processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

Have a consultation from the comfort of your own home with an experienced doctor who is authorised to practice in Germany. Completely free of charge, if treatment with medical cannabis is not suitable for you.

Your symptoms, medical history and possible treatment options will be discussed in detail.

You will then receive your personalised treatment plan, if medically indicated.

After your appointment, you will be given access to your personal Alternaleaf portal, where you can manage and redeem your prescription.

Book follow-up appointments with your doctor to discuss or make changes to your treatment plan.

Contact the patient service team at any time if you have any questions or concerns. They will provide you with reliable and personalised support in the patient portal*, even after your first appointment.
