Telehealth consultation
Have a confidential, maximum 15-minute conversation with one of the doctors via video consultation and receive your prescription. If you are not suitable for treatment with medicinal cannabis for medical reasons, the treatment is completely free of charge.
Delivery
The prescription will then be sent to your chosen mail-order pharmacy. If you choose our partner pharmacy, your prescription will be honoured there directly. Delivery is fast and reliable. As a rule, your medication will be with you within three working days.

Once you have completed the 60-second questionnaire, you can book an appointment with a doctor treating you on the platform. During the video consultation, the doctor will ask you questions about your medical history, your current complaints and your previous experience with herbal medicines.
During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions so that your individual needs can be taken into account in the best possible way. The doctor will then draw up your personalised treatment plan and issue the corresponding private e-prescription.
The doctors bill their medical treatment services themselves. Alternaleaf is not a medical service provider itself, but enables patients to contact doctors.Doctors charge for private medical treatment in accordance with the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). The medical video consultation including the prescription costs €39.
